Do your minutes sometimes take hours? Do you find yourself unsure about what information to put in your minutes – and what to leave out? Are you concerned about missing vital information in a meeting?
This one-day workshop provides plenty of tips and techniques for today’s note-taker and minute-writer. Delegates try out a range of note-taking methods, construct an agenda and analyse different sets of minutes to identify best practice. Activities include taking notes and producing minutes from a meeting included in the workshop, or from a video.
